Front of House Team Member – 30+ Hours

30+ hours per week
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Team Member to join our established team at HOME.
Previous experience in a good-quality restaurant, bar or hospitality environment is essential, but just as important to us is personality, common sense and a genuine willingness to learn.
We can teach you how we do things at HOME, but you’ll need to arrive with a good understanding of hospitality and what great guest service looks like.
HOME is a busy restaurant and bar offering quality table service. At times — particularly weekends — it can be fast-paced, so you’ll need to be comfortable thinking on your feet, working as part of a team and maintaining great service when things get busy.
The role
You’ll be involved in all aspects of front of house, including:
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Taking food and drink orders confidently
- Providing attentive table service
- Learning our food, wine and drinks menus
- Making recommendations and upselling where appropriate
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams
- Maintaining high standards throughout service
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, personable and confident with guests, with previous hospitality experience and a willingness to continue learning and developing.
Weekend availability is essential.

Pay
Pay will initially be at the applicable National Minimum Wage, with a pay review following a successful 6-month period.
For candidates bringing significant relevant experience and who can demonstrate the ability to step straight into the role at a high level, starting pay is negotiable.
