Office Administrator – Leeds

We are looking for a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our friendly team in our Leeds office. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while providing essential administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, clients and guests, ensuring they receive a warm and professional greeting.
- Manage incoming office correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, letters and parcels.
- Direct enquiries to the appropriate members of staff.
- Maintain organised and accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Respond promptly to requests for information and general enquiries.
- Carry out accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
- Monitor office supplies, including stationery, and replenish stock as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Liaise with the office landlord regarding building maintenance and office-related requirements.
- Provide general administrative support and undertake other ad hoc duties as required.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Previous office administration or receptionist experience is desirable but not essential.
