- Coordinate communication between the Hartlepool Youth Partnership, Hartlepool Opportunities Partnership and the Hartlepool Board.
- Identify opportunities for collaborative working, shared learning and future funding.
- Support monitoring, evaluation and reporting to demonstrate the impact of the partnership.
- Help develop a stronger, more connected and sustainable youth sector across Hartlepool.
This role coordinates and facilitates the strategic work of the partnership. Strategic direction is provided collectively by the Hartlepool Youth Partnership Steering Group.

- Experience engaging with communities, stakeholders or young people.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience of gathering and using information to support planning and improvement.
- Confidence producing reports, presentations and partnership communications.
- A commitment to improving opportunities and outcomes for children and young people.
We'd particularly welcome applicants with experience of:
- Youth work, community development or the voluntary and community sector.
- Partnership working across multiple organisations.
- Supporting consultation, participation or youth voice activities.
- Funding, monitoring or evaluation.
- Place-based working or collaborative programmes.
What we offer
- A rewarding opportunity to help shape youth provision across Hartlepool.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Ongoing learning and professional development.
- The opportunity to work alongside committed partners who are passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
