Your Mission
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the store while creating an exceptional customer experience that reflects the values and identity of C.P. Company. You will inspire, develop, and empower your team to achieve outstanding results, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining the highest brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the store team, fostering a positive and high-performing working environment.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain talent through regular feedback, training, and performance management.
- Plan and manage staff schedules, holidays, attendance, and daily task allocation.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure every team member embodies the values, vision, and service standards of C.P. Company.
Commercial Performance
- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Monitor business performance through sales analysis, reporting, and action planning.
- Identify opportunities to maximize sales, profitability, and customer conversion.
- Lead the team in delivering excellent client service while encouraging up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, local competitors, and customer behaviours to proactively identify business opportunities.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey that reflects the premium positioning of the brand.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers and develop client loyalty.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales service professionally and efficiently.
- Foster a client-centric culture where every interaction creates value and strengthens brand loyalty.
Store Operations
- Ensure the store consistently meets the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventories, pricing, and stock accuracy.
- Guarantee the correct execution of company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
- Manage administrative activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and all legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Head Office to optimise stock levels and support business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience (3–5 years minimum) in retail management, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in analysing sales performance and translating data into action.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining high operational standards.
- Sound numerical skills for inventory management, cash handling, and reporting.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires excellence every day.
- Strategically apply CRM methods and procedures in order to assist in the execution of company CRM initiatives and build actions for developing opportunities with loyal and potential clients
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and retaining a high performing team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered a plus.
