Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, oral examinations, and imaging analysis to determine suitability for dental implants
- Develop detailed treatment plans utilizing CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for precise implant placement and restoration planning
- Perform surgical procedures for placing dental implants with meticulous attention to anatomical structures and surgical protocols
- Utilize medical imaging techniques such as CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) scans to evaluate bone density, volume, and anatomical landmarks for optimal implant positioning
- Collaborate with restorative dentists and laboratory technicians to design and deliver custom implant-supported restorations that ensure functional and aesthetic excellence
- Educate patients on the implant process, post-operative care, and long-term maintenance strategies to promote successful outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient records, and follow-up care in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Implantologist or in advanced implant dentistry with a strong understanding of oral anatomy and surgical techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software for digital planning and surgical guide fabrication
- Solid knowledge of medical imaging technologies, including CBCT scans, for precise diagnosis and treatment planning
- Excellent manual dexterity combined with a keen eye for detail during surgical procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Certification or specialized training in implant dentistry is highly desirable
- Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in dental implantology
