Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hospitality Associate to join our vibrant Padel Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the club’s facilities, and creating a welcoming environment for all members and visitors. Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with booking court reservations and managing the club’s scheduling system
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the club’s communal areas, including lounge and reception
- Handle enquiries both in person and via telephone or email, providing accurate information about club services
- Support event organisation, including tournaments, social gatherings, and member activities
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of refreshments, equipment, and promotional materials
- Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all users
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience for members and guests
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or sports club environments is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends if required
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as booking systems or MS Office is advantageous
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of or interest in racket sports, particularly Padel tennis, is a plus but not mandatory
- An enhanced DBS check will be completed prior to employment.
- Pay is at National Minimum Wage according to the successful candidates age
