Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef pizza to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive kitchen experience and a strong background in food production and preparation. As a Chef, pizza you will be responsible for making fresh pizza and straight with hands and knowledge of all the toppings and can baking and confident with Owen ,
managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of culinary professionals to ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety are maintained.
Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.
- Prepare and bake a variety of pizza show culinary creativity and expertise.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative environment.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Engage with guests when necessary to enhance their dining experience through exceptional service.
