⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering 5‑star patient care — greeting patients with warmth, empathy and professionalism
Supporting patients — handling enquiries confidently and ensuring every patient feels listened to
Communicating clearly — liaising with clinicians, patients and external partners
Managing bookings — updating records and scheduling appointments in line with GDPR
Being a calm, reassuring presence — especially for nervous patients
Working confidently with computerised systems — full training provided

⏰ Hours
Part‑time: 20 - 29.25 hours per week
Pay: £12.71-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 29.25 per week
