Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of high-quality beauty treatments
- Provide exceptional client care and build lasting relationships
- Maintain excellent hygiene and salon standards at all times
- Offer professional advice and promote suitable treatments and retail products
- Support junior team members where appropriate

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a salon environment
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of face and body treatments, waxing, and skincare
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
