Salary: Minimum wage plus mileage allowance
Contract Type: Part time, Permanent
Working Hours: Thursday 11:00 - 15:00, Friday 1300 - 1700, Saturday 0900 - 1300 (12H)

No prior experience is necessary; what matters most is your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to provide excellent customer service. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

In this role, you will guide prospective tenants and buyers through properties. Additionally, you will perform some canvassing for the local office between appointments.
Key requirements for this position include:
- Good geographical knowledge of the South Shields area
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- A full valid driving licence
- Your own car for use during appointments
