Job Summary
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a care home setting. Whilst working as part of a team you will need to have the ability to liaise with the duty nurse to ensure the smooth running of the shift
SKILLS
Must have or working towards a level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Must have experience in the safe administering of medication.
Ability to create and review care plans.
Be able to allocate and delegate accordingly.
Confident IT skills
Excellent communication skills.
Person Centred Care driven.
