We have 14-month fixed-term contract vacancy within our HR Department and currently recruiting for the role of HR Coordinator to cover maternity leave up until January 2028. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience, looking to join a growing Organisation.
Shift Pattern: 39 hours each week with a flexible starting time between 07:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, a flexible finish time between 16:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and on a Friday, a finish time of 12.00. You will be entitled to a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between 12:00 and 12:30 Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you will have a 10-minute paid break each morning Monday to Friday and a 10-minute paid break each afternoon Monday to Thursday.

Role Accountabilities:

Process data and administrative activities according to our defined HR processes to ensure adherence to GDPR, confidentiality, and our employment law obligations.
- Support Line Managers with low-level dispute resolution and investigations for disciplinaries.
- Represent the HR Team and wider business professionally and positively, supporting employees as required and directing queries as necessary, aiding effective communication and enhancing the credibility of the HR function.

Support Line Managers to enact HR policies and procedures, performance management and absence management.
- Complete routine activities, daily, weekly & monthly as defined on the HR Team Sheet.

Maintain administration of our HRIS.
- Coordinate purchasing of items required by the HR Team.
- Draft employee communication posts as requested, ensuring consistent formatting.
- Complete audits as required by the HR Team, striving for 100% accuracy and consistency across administrative records.
- Support each site with recruitment, specifically pre-employment checks, ATS adverts, and populating recruitment metrics.
- Support each site with onboarding new starters, specifically preparing new starter packs, coordinating probationary reviews and onboarding plans, adding new starters to our HR systems, and programming access key fobs.

Process leavers, specifically populating exit interview analysis, leaver checklists, and leaver archiving.

Ensure all administrative HR activities are completed diligently aiming for 100% accuracy and on time delivery in line with HR Process Manual.
- Support the HR Business Partner with ad-hoc activities as required.
- Be the first point of contact during planned absence of the HR Business Partner.
Person Specification:

CIPD qualification is desirable

Up to 3 year of HR experience is desirable
