We are an Odoo Silver Partner, Salesforce Partner, and Make.com Partner, delivering ERP implementation, CRM customisation, and business automation projects across the UK and Australia.

Responsibilities
The Role
We're looking for a Graduate or Junior Project Manager to join our delivery team and support the planning and coordination of Odoo ERP and Salesforce CRM implementation projects. This is a structured entry point into project management, with mentorship from senior consultants and a clear pathway toward formal project management certification and increasing project ownership.
No prior commercial experience is required — we're looking for organisation, curiosity, and a genuine interest in how technology improves business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of Odoo ERP and Salesforce CRM implementation projects, working alongside senior project managers and consultants
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Help document client requirements during discovery and scoping sessions
- Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and maintain accurate status reporting
- Act as a coordination point between technical consultants, developers, and clients
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training rollout, and change management activities
- Maintain structured project documentation (plans, RAID logs, meeting notes, status updates)
- Contribute to internal process improvement as Techplus scales its delivery capability
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- A project management certification, or actively studying toward one — PRINCE2 Foundation, APM PFQ, PMP, or an Agile/Scrum certification (we will support certification costs for the right candidate if not already held)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- An analytical mindset and genuine interest in ERP, CRM, business automation, and digital transformation
- Comfortable working with structure and process, while adapting to the pace of client delivery
Desirable (not essential — full training provided):
- Exposure to Odoo, Salesforce, or Make.com through coursework, a placement year, or personal projects
- Internship or industry placement experience in technology, consulting, or operations
