Shair partners with independent salon owners to make them more money and give them their time back. Created by the owner of the Blushes Collective Group, which has grown to over 100 stylists, we're now bringing our methods to the UK salon market at scale: 4 sites today, 30 in our next push.
We're AI-first across the whole business, from reporting to execution to building. It's how a small team delivers the workload of a much bigger one, and it's essential this person works the same way.
We're growing fast and no two days are the same.
What you'll be responsible for
Working directly with the founder, you'll be responsible for delivering the strategy.
We have three customers:
- Salon owners: bring us a steady flow of new partner leads
- Salon clients: more new customers through the door, spending more, coming back more often
- Hairdressers: campaigns that attract the best stylists to our partner salons
You'll deliver this through:
- Paid marketing
- Database marketing
- Building landing pages and websites
- Direct outreach
- Reporting: you track the numbers and steer everything by them
The person we're looking for
An ambitious, sharp thinker who can operate as an AI-driven marketing generalist.
- Intelligent and fast to learn: you pick things up on your own
- A self-educator: you have a constant awareness of what's new and where AI is heading. You'll be teaching us, not waiting to be taught
- Numbers-led: you judge your work by results, not activity
- A natural problem solver: you work things out rather than wait to be shown
- Comfortable at pace: things change quickly here and that suits you
- Speed over perfection: done and live beats polished and late
These attributes carry more weight with us than qualifications or experience.
Marketing experience is preferred and useful. What's essential is that you understand the fundamentals and the metrics. Self-taught counts. The interview process will mainly revolve around digging into how you're currently using, or have used, AI to build, automate and enhance your work.
Role details
Base £32k, plus an uncapped performance bonus. We'll agree the structure with the right person, tied directly to results, and based on a successful year one we'd expect your salary to grow significantly in year two.
This is ground-floor entry to a high-growth business, and we're happy to talk through the growth prospects in detail at interview.
Five days a week, Cheltenham office preferred. There's flexibility for the right candidate. Work-from-home days open up on proven performance.
