Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Van Driver to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely service and excellent customer satisfaction. Your role is vital in maintaining smooth operations, supporting warehouse activities, and upholding high standards of safety and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Trasnport of goods to subcontractors
- Delivery of goods to customers
- Packaging and loading of goods ready for dispatch
Experience
- Prior experience as a van driver preferred; familiarity with commercial driving regulations is essential
- Proven ability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with warehouse activities
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
