We're looking for an Experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Rate of Pay: £14.93 per hour

Shift Pattern: 15:00-21:30 Monday to Friday
Location: GPA, Stephenson Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, England B2 4BH

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development. To include completing training records, associated documents and updating both folders and online documents.

Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard. To included compiling rosters, scheduling, covering shifts and all related tasks

Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed. To include risk assessments, COSHH and related documents.

Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels. To include audits and staff support where required.

Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary. To include RTW, 1 to 1s and associated tasks.

Available to work on additional sites where required.
