Key Responsibilities
- Assemble sports equipment according to specifications and instructions.
- Inspect components and completed products for quality and safety.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Identify and report defective or damaged components.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Follow production schedules and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or technical experience is preferred.
- Good practical and mechanical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Physically capable of handling equipment and materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
