Job Overview.
A South Wales based invasive weed contractor is looking to take on one or two PA1/PA6 qualified and experienced operatives to perform knapsack herbicide applications on mostly domestic properties in South Wales. The locations will be mostly between Bridgend and Newport and the valleys up to the A465.
The duration of the contract will be determined by progress but is expected to be 2-3 months; the hours are flexible but must be times that are acceptable to the average resident. The pay/mileage rates are flexible/negotiable but will likely be bonus incentivised to reward timely completion of the batch of contracts. We can supply the knapsack etc or you can use your own compliant equipment and we will supply all chemicals. Compliance records must be kept and supplied to the company.
The operatives would probably be based centrally on the M4, A465 or in the valleys between. Must have own insured, safe and reliable transport and be able to carry out multiple herbicide treatments in a safe and efficient manner to represent a company that puts customer service and compliance as the highest priority.
Pay: £2,000.00-£4,000.00 per month
