We’re Hiring: Barista / Front of House Server

We’re a small, independent, and buzzing Coffee Shop & Bistro with a love for great coffee, good food, and friendly vibes. Our team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a Permanent Barista/Server to join our front-of-house crew.
Duties include:
- Serving customers with warmth and energy
- Taking orders and providing great table service
- Preparing all kinds of hot & cold drinks to our required standards (latte art skills a must
- Mixing cocktails (experience preferred )
- Serving food, clearing tables, washing up, and general cleaning
- Keeping the café looking sparkling, fresh, and welcoming at all times
- Currently open Tuesdays - Saturdays
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has barista and front-of-house experience
- Can confidently create basic latte art
- Ideally has cocktail-making experience
- Maintains a clean, smart, and presentable appearance
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
- Works well in a small team and enjoys being hands-on
- Punctual & Reliable a must
- Is over 18 (due to alcohol service)
- Has flexibility for both weekday and weekend shifts
