We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing & Safeguarding Officer to join our growing Student Services team. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting students' wellbeing, safeguarding, mental health, behaviour and personal development, ensuring every learner feels safe, supported and empowered to succeed.
Working closely with colleagues and external agencies, you will help deliver a trauma-informed, student-centred approach, providing effective safeguarding interventions and promoting positive behaviours across the College.
We're looking for someone who has:

Experience supporting young people in education or a safeguarding-related environment.

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and wellbeing practices.

Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.

A passion for helping students overcome barriers and achieve their potential.
