Amici is a family-owned Italian restaurant in the heart of Torquay, serving authentic Italian cuisine in a modern, contemporary setting. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food alongside warm, friendly and attentive service, creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Front of House team members to join our growing team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient table service.
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they enjoy an outstanding dining experience.
- Preparing and serving drinks from our menu.
- Operating our EPOS system and handling cash/card payments.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Assisting with stock control and stock rotation.
- Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
- Basic wine and drinks knowledge is preferred.
- A genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A flexible and reliable approach to work.
