As the Board and Governance PA, you will support the smooth running of Board, Committee and governance-related activity by ensuring meetings are organised effectively, information is handled appropriately and ad hoc support is provided where needed.
Please note, this is a part-time position for 25 hours and will require some presence in our Swindon office.

Key accountabilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the CoSec function
- Managing complex diaries and calendars for Non-Executive Directors and Board members
- Coordinating meetings, ensuring schedules, logistics and arrangements are effectively organised
- Working closely with Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants across the business to ensure Stakeholder commitments and managed seamlessly
- Providing comprehensive administration support to the CoSec team
- Significant experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Previous experience supporting Non-Executive Directors and Board-level stakeholders
- Exceptional diary management and meeting coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Financial services experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
