Job Specification:
- Handling incoming enquiries by email and telephone
- Handling any messages coming through on our Social Media Platforms.
- Processing customer bookings
- Taking payments and handling documentation
- Sending confirmations of all details as required
- General Admin for the office.
Person Specification:
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be well-organised, enthusiastic and hard-working
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to deal with the demands of working in a pressured environment
Start Date: Monday 17th August 2026
End Date: Wednesday 30th December 2026
Interviews will take place on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd July.
Must be able to work weekends.
Shifts will be assigned 3 days a week throughout August, early September and November. Shifts will go up to 5 days a week during late September, October and December. These work on a rota basis and will include weekends.
Shifts are either: 9am-5pm/7pm/8pm with the flexibility to start later during a longer shift.
