We are looking to recruit a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Support Worker to join our friendly team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with varying support needs.
- Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living activities where required.
- Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in social and recreational activities.
- Encourage independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion at all times.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies.
- Work positively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.

Working Pattern
This role follows a 2-week rolling rota, consisting of 2 waking night shifts and 1 day shift each week.
Week One
- Monday: 7:00 pm – 8:00 am (Waking Night)
- Tuesday: 7:00 pm – 8:00 am (Waking Night)
- Friday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Day/Evening Shift)
Week Two
- Wednesday: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Thursday: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Saturday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Day/Evening Shift)
Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and nights may be required. Alternate weekend working is required.
