Service Direct Limited is expanding our Bank Staff Team and we are looking for reliable, compassionate Community Care & Support Workers to join us. You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes across Swansea, Carmarthenshire , Powys and Pembrokeshire, helping them remain safe, independent and comfortable.

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Experience in care preferred but full training provided
- A caring, patient and reliable nature
- Able to work in the community independently
- Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
- Able to record clear notes and follow care plans
Your Role:
- Providing support in individuals’ own homes
- Personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts and wellbeing checks
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Keeping accurate records using our systems
- Providing a friendly and professional service
