What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a leader with experience of working on high-end sites. You will need a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, dedication to health & safety and a real passion for horticulture.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled operatives and ensuring the continued high standard of grounds maintenance.
We are looking for someone who can bring:
· At least four years’ experience maintaining high-end landscapes
· A solid background (minimum one year’s experience) of managing people effectively, creating a supportive and productive working environment.
· You will have a strong practical knowledge of horticulture, grounds care and upkeep, a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
· You must hold a PA1/PA6 spraying certificate.
· You must live within a commutable distance
· Ideally you will have a full clean driving licence however this is not essential as you will be working on a static site.
The salary for the Team Leader role is £28,000 - £32,000 based on a 40 hour week.
