Basic Salary: £40,0000 to £45,000 depending on experience + commissions
Role Purpose
To drive private hire, corporate events, Christmas bookings, brand partnerships and group sales
revenue across Amazing Grace London Bridge and Amazing Grace Canary Wharf.
The role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and managing client
relationships, and overseeing the successful planning and delivery of booked events to ensure exceptional guest experiences and repeat business.
The position owns the client journey from lead generation and venue sales through to event delivery and post-event account management.
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Generate new business opportunities across corporate, agency and private hire markets.
- Identify and secure new corporate clients across London Bridge, Canary Wharf and the City.
- Conduct venue tours, client presentations and networking meetings.
- Negotiate and secure event contracts and commercial terms.
- Develop local partnerships and strategic relationships to drive new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets and contribute to overall venue performance.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Bookings & Diary Management
- Manage and prioritise high-value inbound enquiries and booking requests across both venues.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings and client communications within Tripleseat and DesignMyNight Collins
- Coordinate venue diaries and ensure availability is managed effectively to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Schedule client meetings, venue tours and follow-up activity.
- Monitor booking pipelines and ensure timely responses to enquiries and proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and booking data to support forecasting and business planning.
Account Management & Client Relationships
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies and key accounts.
- Manage repeat business opportunities and account development.
- Identify upselling opportunities across food, beverage and entertainment packages.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
- Conduct post-event reviews and identify opportunities for future business.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Act as the lead contact for booked events from confirmation through to delivery.
- Prepare proposals, event plans and client timelines.
- Coordinate event requirements with operational departments.
- Manage event logistics, supplier requirements and entertainment arrangements where applicable.
- Ensure all event details are accurately communicated to venue teams.
- Support the preparation of function sheets and operational handovers.
Event Delivery & Execution
- Attend key events and act as the client's senior point of contact on event days.
- Oversee the successful execution of events in accordance with agreed plans.
- Work closely with venue management teams to ensure high service standards are delivered.
- Resolve client issues and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event.
- Gather client feedback and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
Partnerships & Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional activity.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, event organisers and corporate networks.
- Support venue showcases, trade events and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive new enquiries.

- Achievement of private hire and corporate event revenue targets.
- Growth in new business accounts and partnerships.
- Corporate account retention and repeat business.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality sales, events, business development or account management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Experience planning and delivering events from enquiry through to execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for hospitality, events and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
