Duties
- Assist the Manager in coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.
- Support staff in delivering exceptional service and maintaining organisational standards.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic to motivate team members.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management to optimise productivity.
- Contribute to staff training programmes, including teaching responsibilities where necessary, to enhance team skills.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold organisational reputation.
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all departments.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews of staff members.
- Assist in organising organisational events or programmes aimed at community engagement or staff development.
- Undertake On-call on a rota system
