we are a garage in Windsor with over 12,000 annual customers and have over 12 staff total in the garage. We work on all kinds of vehicles from 1L fords to Porsches and Maserati's. We take on any job from bulbs and mots to engine and gearbox rebuilds.
Service Advisor:
We are looking for a reliable and customer focused Service Advisor to join our team. The role involves handling customer phone calls, providing accurate pricing and estimates, booking jobs, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process. You will also communicate closely with other staff members to coordinate and stay updated on ongoing jobs, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Working Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
