Job Description – Customer Service Assistant
Part-Time – 16 hours
Salary -£12.81 per hour
This is a part time, permanent position
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for part time customer service attendants, working 16 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends
The successful candidate will need to undergo a Basic DBS check as part of this role.
· Experience in the leisure, retail and hospitality sector would be welcomed.
· IT literate
· Well-presented and professional at all times
· Good leadership and communication skills
· Friendly and out going
· Confident and self-motivated
· To work flexible hours on a shift basis
· Customer focused with a can-do attitude
About the role?
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers. You must be over 18 years of age to work for us due to gambling legislation.
Your main duties will include:
· Providing customers with an exceptional level of service
· Handling cash
· Key holding responsibilities (opening and closing the venue)
· Giving change and calling bingo
· Promoting offers, events and other bonuses in store
· Serving Customers with refreshments
· Keeping the venue clean and tidy
· Checking I.D. of all customers who look 25 and under
· Following guidance and procedures including strict legislation
