Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team at Bondcare in GB. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff, reflecting our commitment to excellence in care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the care home.
- Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties.
- Ensure all communal areas are tidy and well-organized.
- Support staff with cleaning supplies management.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently.
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or domestic work preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.
- Basic IT skills are advantageous.
- Previous experience in a care environment is a plus.
