Position: Bank Carer
Location: Shalamar Children's Homes, Colchester, Essex
Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour (without Level 3 qualification) or £13.12 per hour (with Level 3 qualification)

Previous experience is a plus, but not essential
At Shalamar Children Ltd, our care is attachment based and we work using empathy, nurture and understanding of the needs of the children. You will therefore need to be able to control your own emotions in response to challenging situations, have bags of empathy for the children and a wicked since of humour!
