About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to handle the inspection, preparation and organisation of stock and returned merchandise.
This is a hands-on, varied role involving stock handling, returns processing, product preparation, photographing new products and supporting our Etsy Outlet store. Applicants should be comfortable working on their feet throughout the day. The role also involves regular lifting and moving of boxes weighing up to approximately 15kg.
The role is based at our Head Office in a lovely rural countryside location outside Nantwich. Please note that reliable transport is important due to limited public transport links.
Key responsibilities include:
- Unpack returned merchandise and check associated paperwork.
- Inspect returned items before returning them to stock.
- Rework products where required, including re-bagging, labelling, leather care, replacing missing components and re-boxing.
- Prepare inventory and shipments.
- Pick and pack stock for Amazon warehouses.
- Carry out basic Microsoft Excel data entry.
- List imperfect products on our Etsy Outlet store.
- Prepare Etsy Outlet orders for dispatch.
- Photograph new products (full training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
- Assist with other duties as required.

Experience in handling stock, inventory or retail products would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Basic Microsoft Excel experience would also be useful, but full training will be provided.
