Care assistants should be able to deliver care to all ages due to illness, including elderly.

Requirements for care assistants:
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills preferred
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Be caring and friendly but, maintain professionalism
- Have 2 suitable References
