Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing contractors, pump specialists and merchants across the North East region.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and increase sales revenue.

Work closely with the Consultant Sales team to help secure product specifications on projects.

Build strong customer relationships and become the trusted point of contact for pumping and HVAC solutions.

Conduct a mix of face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers and key stakeholders.
-
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of projects, providing regular updates and forecasts.

Manage quotations and secure orders from the opportunity pipeline.

Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to deliver profitable business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.
Knowledge and Skills
-
Minimum of 5 years' experience selling products within the Building Services or M&E sector.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-
Established network of M&E contractors, pump specialists and industry contacts within the North East.

Strong knowledge of clean water boosting systems, pumping solutions and/or HVAC products.

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and understanding of commercial terms and conditions.

Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast opportunities and drive projects through to order.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
