Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team for sportsground projects throughout Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, and managing a variety of civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, and client requirements. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed designs and schematics using software such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD, CivilCad.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively through robust project management practices.
- Conduct land surveying activities to gather accurate site data.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to design plans and safety regulations.
- Create detailed construction drawings and schematics that facilitate As-builts.
- Perform site inspections and assessments to evaluate progress and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation or similar programmes.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles within civil engineering contexts.
- Proficiency in land surveying techniques and utilisation of Laser and Total Station equipment.
- Familiarity with system design principles for Civil Engineering projects.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and construction drawings accurately.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, health & safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Experience with AutoCad, BricsCad software is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
