Visits to our Clients are no less than 1 hour, so you have the time needed with the client. We know that you are not “just a carer” and we value what you do.
We are looking for experienced Care Professionals to join our team in a salaried position working from 10 to 35 hours per week, they will take the role of Lead Care Professional - supporting with starting New Clients as well as covering visits across all areas of Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole.
Minimum availability - there are minimum availability requirements including alternative weekends - must be available to cover visits at short notice during their availability.
Minimum 1 hour visit with your Client, some much longer – so you really have time to make a difference, forget 15min or even 30 min calls!
Excellent rate of pay - including double on Bank Holidays, plus holiday, plus pension, plus mileage, plus paid training, plus paid supervisions, plus paid quarterly meetings and more.
Always introduced to your Clients - we are not like other Care Companies, you will always be introduced to Clients or shadow an existing Care Professional before solo visits
Matching - we match you to Clients based on location, availability, needs and personality - its not easy!
Full Support - all our office Team have been Care Professionals and will give you all the support needed for you to succeed
