The Role
We are looking for talented Chefs of all levels to assist in our busy kitchen on a casual/flexible basis.
You will be an integral part of our experienced team providing modern cuisine to our 2-rosette restaurant and multiple events spaces in our popular Hotel.
Assisting to prepare fresh, local ingredients for our wide range of menus and ensuring food quality and high standards are delivered daily. From breakfast, lunch, dinner, to afternoon teas, buffets and exquisite dining options for events for up to 200 guests.
You will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen, gaining invaluable experience in a busy kitchen.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Showing exceptional service standards and attention to detail in the preparation of fresh ingredients and delivering perfect presentation
· Working to strict time schedules
· Be fully aware of all dietary requirements and ingredients of our meals
· Complying with our Health and Safety procedures and maintain an immaculate working area
What we are looking for...
We are looking for someone with a passion for food and creating memorable dishes, you must have previous Experience in a Hotel Kitchen or Restaurant of a similar standard. Have extensive knowledge in food and beverage, Kitchen regulations and the restaurant industry.
You must be a real team player with a hands-on approach and excellent organisational skills. You must be able to work well under pressure with a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
