Hours and Contract:
42 weeks per year, 0830 - 1605 Monday to Friday, with a set timetable to support work-life balance. Term-time-only contracts may be considered.
Location:
Illuminate You – Lifelong Learning Lodge, Marton, Gainsborough and the Hideaway, Hemswell.
We support children aged 10–16 with SEMH needs in a bespoke educational setting that celebrates every learner.

Please Note:
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have a sufficient level of physical fitness to safely participate in physical interventions where necessary, in line with our Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) framework. This may include supporting young people during crisis situations and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all individuals involved.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of their application. We are unable to support skilled worker or other visa applications for this position.
