We are currently looking for ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join one of the UK’s largest insurance brokers as an Insurance Advisor.

Your responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for new and existing customers
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understanding customers’ needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
- Managing renewals, enquiries and policy amendments
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Continuously developing your product knowledge through training and professional development
Experience required:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence speaking with customers and finding solutions
- Previous experience within customer service, sales or insurance
- Motivation to build a long-term career within the insurance industry
