Stores Person
Due to expansion our client is currently looking to recruit a Stores Person to join their team. The successful candidate will join a busy stores team ensuring parts are received and stored in correct locations whilst ensuring stock levels are monitored.
The Role:
- Monitor stock levels of parts and materials within the business
- Liaising with procurement team regarding any part shortages
- Handling of goods receipts notes
- Ensuring parts meet the correct specifications when delivered
- Labelling of parts and putting away in correct stock locations
- Picking kits for production on shop floor
- Participate in month and year end stock takes
Essential Criteria
- A minimum 2 years (+) experience within stores / warehousing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both a lone and as part of a team
- A positive can-do attitude towards work
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
