Job Summary
We are seeking professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisors and Event Staff to ensure the safety and security of our venues and attendees. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, managing access control, and providing excellent customer service during events. This role offers an opportunity to work in dynamic settings, ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff.
Duties
- Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorised access using CCTV and surveillance equipment.
- Conduct thorough bag searches and ID checks in accordance with licensing regulations.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, disorder, or any disruptive behaviour.
- Assist with loss prevention by observing suspicious activity and intervening when necessary.
- Respond promptly to incidents, including medical emergencies, by providing first aid if required.
- Enforce venue policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Record incidents accurately in logs and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Support crowd control efforts during events to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.
Skills
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
- First aid certification is preferred to handle medical emergencies confidently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally.
- Organised, alert, and attentive to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and unsociable hours as required.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
