An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Technician to join our growing, friendly team at Niftylift! The role is based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Shenley Wood, Milton Keynes.
The Manufacturing Technician role requires team players with experience, skills and knowledge in mechanical assembly, as well as basic hydraulic and electrical fitting and installation.

Primarily mechanical assembly, with some hydraulic installation and electrical wiring operations.

Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)

Mandatory structured overtime depending on production requirements
Guaranteed hourly starting rate: £12.86 - £13.67 per hour depending on experience (rising to a maximum of £15.54 per hour once signed off at specific skill levels)-
Additional Weekly Bonus: average of £75 - £100 per week (for ref. only), guaranteed at a minimum of £50 per week, payable when all qualifying criteria are met

Overtime: paid at a premium rate (x1.5 or x2.0 depending on hours worked)
