Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art is inviting suitably qualified MEP consultants to submit a fee proposal for the provision of mechanical, electrical, public health and controls engineering consultancy services in support of a critical infrastructure upgrade project at its Gateshead site. The appointment will support the review, design development, procurement and delivery of replacement building systems, including the Building Management System, chiller plant, lighting controls, emergency lighting and associated infrastructure. The project seeks to restore operational resilience, improve statutory compliance and environmental control, reduce energy consumption and support Baltic's continued role as a leading contemporary arts institution.
