About the Role
Findons Conservatory Specialists is a well-established conservatory repair company with over 30 years of experience.
We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing office team.
You will be dealing with warm incoming enquiries from homeowners who have already contacted Findons about their conservatory. Your role will be to speak with customers, understand their requirements and convert suitable enquiries into booked jobs.
This is not a cold-calling role.
What you'll be doing
- Taking incoming customer enquiries by phone
- Speaking with homeowners and understanding their requirements
- Explaining our services and advising customers on the next steps
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Following up enquiries where required
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working closely with the office and repair teams
- Working towards daily and monthly sales targets
We are looking for someone who is comfortable asking for the sale and closing the booking, while still providing an excellent customer experience.
Targets & Commission
You will receive a £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission.
The better you perform, the more you can earn, with £40,000+ total earnings achievable for a successful salesperson.
About You:
Ideally, you will have previous sales or customer service experience and be:
- Confident and professional on the telephone
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable selling and closing
- Motivated by targets and earning potential
- Organised and reliable
- Positive and personable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in home improvements, roofing, windows, conservatories or construction would be an advantage, but is not essential.
We will provide training on our services and systems.
