Food Service Assistant
Location: Equinor London 1
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food Service Assistant to join our catering team. This is a customer-focused role supporting food service operations, food preparation, hospitality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and serve food and beverages.

Assist with basic food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and hospitality items.

Set up, replenish, and maintain food service and hospitality areas.

Operate tills and process payments where required.

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, equipment, and workstations.

Assist with deliveries, stock control, and food safety procedures.

Support hospitality events and wider catering operations as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Previous catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Positive, customer-focused attitude.

Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a busy environment.

Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices is desirable.
This is a hands-on role that involves standing for extended periods and supporting a fast-paced catering operation. Training and development opportunities are available for the right candidate.
