We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our reputable dealership team. Duties
- Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct B2B sales negotiations and develop new business opportunities through effective outreach
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales prospects
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise sales revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current vehicle inventory, features, and promotional offers
- Develop and execute organised sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Communicate clearly with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing personalised service and after-sales support
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall dealership goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in car sales or related B2B sales roles is desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present products and negotiate deals
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients and leads efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms used for sales management and customer tracking
