As part of the Estates Team, the position will carry out a broad range of routine maintenance work, as well as porterage and setting up rooms for functions across the whole site.
The candidate must have strong general trade/DIY skills and be able to work on their own initiative under the direction of the Estates Manager.
The role includes being part of the on-call rota for out of hours and emergencies.

Pay: £29,495.00-£34,670.00 per year
