Working within a busy office environment, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and customer service operations, ensuring orders and enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and booking customer orders into our system
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Assisting with general day-to-day office duties
- Supporting customers with product and delivery enquiries
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Good computer literacy, including email and Microsoft Office
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to commute to the workplace
Experience
- Previous administration, sales administration, customer service, or office experience is preferred
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
