We’re Hiring: Front of House Team Member
Full Time | 5 Days Per Week | 8:30-5:00pm
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our busy team.
The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast paced cafe enviroment and passionate about providing excellent service. You will be an important part of the team, helping to ensure every customer recieves a warm welcome and a great experiance.
The Role:
Your responsibilites will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly professional service.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Using a professinal coffee machine to prepare coffee to a high standard.
- Serving food and drinks to customers
- Maintaining a clean,organised and welcoming front of house
- working closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service
- replenishing stock and keeping front of house areas well presented
- Following food and hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
- Helping with opening and closing duties
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Reliable,punctual and hardworking
- Comfrotable working as part of a busy team
- Confident communicating with both customers and colleagues
- Organised and able to work independently when required
- Passionate about good customer service
- Experienced in using a coffee machine/barista skills are preferred
- Previous Cafe, restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable
